One is a slow learner, too big for his age, and the other is a small, disabled genius.
Use these activities after reading the novel for a quick assessment tool.
Included are questions about the setting, characters, plot and themes.
Students also get the opportunity to summarize the novel by using the acrostic template, "Freak the Mighty", and work on some vocabulary found in the novel.
